New York - The Federal Reserve has lowered expectations on economic growth through 2011, according to the minutes of their early November meeting, which were released Tuesday.
Officials expect unemployment to remain around nine percent at the end of next year, the forecast said, helping to explain what drove the central bank to take new action to boost the economy three weeks ago.
